Welcome to Padline! By using our website, services, software, or kiosks (collectively, “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Padline’s Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Overview

Padline provides smart in-store kiosks and a connected dashboard to help businesses collect customer reviews, social media follows, and contact data for marketing and engagement purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Padline in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Not misuse, reverse engineer, or tamper with the hardware, software, or dashboard.

  • Ensure that customers who interact with your kiosk are aware they’re opting in to communication, when applicable.

4. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

5. Hardware and Subscriptions

Kiosks are leased and require an active software subscription. Minimum contract terms (e.g., 6 or 12 months) may apply as stated at checkout or in your agreement.

6. Data Usage

You are responsible for the data you collect through Padline, and agree to use it in compliance with all privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or GDPR if applicable).

7. Termination

Padline reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse our Services, or fail to make required payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

Padline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 6 months.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
